Thank you.  It was a joke.  There were about 25 questions on this "survey".  He bounced around a few of them for clarification on the rank I gave but fixated on "training" â€" of which there wasn't any so I left it blank. 

Example: 

Him:  But we sent you to a class.....   
Me:  Yes I remember that.  It was a one day class at an event we were at and it was in the 2nd month I was in this position.  And the materials I received were inundated with errors so there was no validity to the company or their content.  We talked about that back then which is why I/we didn't pursue this area further.  Again, that was over 9 years ago. And a one day class.

ZERO questions asked about communication, the "team", any input I wanted to share above/beyond the survey...

In other words, it went as expected.

Just finished my exit interview survey that I requested I get before tomorrow's meeting â€" as opposed to during which was the boss's plan.   Had a little help with the pumpkin ale but left most of the boxes without a check mark since the stupid form was a sample and had little relevance to our tiny organization. 

ONE. MORE. DAY!

i hope this exit is a positive step and you flourish as you deserve.

There was this guy here who took an epic ride/trip to Patagonia and posted it up here.

Among other far flung places, one of my customers (Southern California, yes) rode his S2R800 to the Arctic Circle.

8 (FFS) years ago took a 10 day trip up to Coos Bay Oregon and back on Highway 1, nothing too dramatic but I will never forget it.

Have the best adventure that time and money allow!
