Much rain.  Which I actually don't mind.  It's not often - contrary to perceptions - that it rains ..... properly here.

In Aus I'm used to it PISSING down.  The rain having it's say, making it's point clear.  And then stopping.  And we're all friends again.

Here it rains frequently, in dreary pathetic amounts, not enough to be seriously rain, just enough to be irritating... and it'll do that.... perhaps all day.  And perhaps all the next day too.  Like it's just whining or having a protracted sulk.  Like it's pissed but isn't going to tell you why.  Teenage bullshit rain.

But today it's actually raining and I appreciate knowing where we both stand.

Heavy rain today. We need it.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Inch and a half of rain yesterday, more overnight and still raining.  Badly needed.  Part of the Sprain river was a series of mud puddles.

Been pondering why I keep coming into an office to do work on AutoCAD & Excel when I have a fully licensed computer at home with both.  Covid here is taken as a joke (1 in 10 wears a mask) and the coffee here is shyte...
