Great start to the day when you get a late fee and interest charge on your credit card for a payment sent via bill pay from the same bank.  [bang] [bang] [bang]

Fantastic customer service when they try to blame the customer who'e been using the exact same process with no issues for years.  [roll]

From the "Feel Good / PIF" files:   After years of snowblowing past neighbors' drives and walks and my dad doing the same thing for his, a neighbor of his showed up with their blower this morning as I was mid-scoop of the heaviest wettest snow i think I've  ever dealt with - the kind that sticks to the shovel and weighs a ton.
