Today I discovered my new boat trailer is really short.

As in, back down to where one normally puts the car and...the boat is nowhere near floating, let alone touching the water.

Oops.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Good afternoon!

Got another shipment of wine today.  My collection just keeps growing.  ;D  Kinda hard to justify drinking the "good stuff" when you're in quarantine.  So I keep a stash of Charles Shaw on the shelf as well.

I think a bunch of the shrubs in my townhouse community got taken out by that cold snap we had in February.  Just great.  It would be the HOA responsibility to replace.  The HOA rates went up again this year to account for insurance premium increases (HOA covers the structure & exterior of the buildiings).  We also have had trees removed that the HOA needs to replace.  And a neighbor posted about a roof leak (HOA insurance would cover that) which is likely due to recent hail storms (also causing insurance rates to increase).  Just one big circle...  [bang] [bang] [bang]

I get triggered when I hear "HOA"

Sorry about the cluster over there.   I drove by a few properties yesterday and today in my search for a home and thought "oh cool, look at these places.... " but then realized:  HOA.   


I don't miss those too frequent 4 figure special assessments.

Current revolution around Sun getting closer to completion, don't feel celebratory at all when this lap is over ...

HOA here wanted me to run for president, I declined ... They came back, I declined ... Third time around, I said, my terms are . . . Accept or not, they declined ...
