Hello ...

Tomorrow could be a stressful day at work, 2 of the colleagues got their 2nd shot today, when they got their 1st, I was alone at phone for 2 days ...

Paula got her second shot with the normal "this arm really hurts" reaction today.

That was the shoulder a mosquito chose to land on.


The mosquito is dead.


I might be too, soon.  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

My mom is in the hospital with really high blood pressure that they can't seem to get under control.


Paula had to pick the big one up due to a sore throat, so off we went for a covid test for him.


And poor Paula is laid out post second shot.

That's a bunch of stuff going on Dave.  I'm sorry to see this and hope things turn around for everyone quickly over there.



Howie..... any positive updates on your wife??? 


Tomorrow afternoon I'll find out if I'll remain employed or if the company is going to play nice in the political sandbox with my former boss.

Right now Ellen is in rehab and making progress.  No real diagnosis, but she has been stable since the last incident.  Visiting at the rehab facility is limited due to the virus.  Outdoors, weather permitting, by appointment I have seen her almost every day, daughter a few times, son and me tomorrow.

Such a delightful thing to have your employer choose you over politics and revenue.   
My boss said this afternoon that my former employer and the issues he's causing are her (& legal's and HR's) problems.  Not mine.

So what will be going on this eve is a celebratory drink or three.
