Still morning here by a little bit.

How's the jet lag?  Or was ung correct?

Duck-Stew

Jet lag is done.  Powered through yesterday.

Did some work and went on an adventure today.  Bought cell phone contracts on the other side of town.  Funny how the little things are big things when you don't know the language & haven't ever been to the city before.

Afternoon here.

Powered through the jet lag yesterday.  Feeling very close to normal.

Been rainy here & overcast.  Getting used to our neighborhood.  Adapting slowly…  [thumbsup]

Fighting 24 hour car-lag.  Back in Michigan sitting with the dad in ICU after he went on an extended adventure (on foot) that started Sunday night or very early Monday into late Monday afternoon

I don't know why search/rescues don't start with dogs.  Would save a lot of time and stress.  German Shepherd named Emil saved the day.  [bow_down] [thumbsup] [bacon]

Afternoon Ducatters - Monster and Griso annual roadworthy checks completed for another year  [Dolph]

Amuses me no end that the Monster passes roadworthy here with open clutch.......  back in VIC plod will write you a ticket for such a heinous crime.

Just stating the facts - not wishing to raise any political debate on the topic, eh  :-X

Sounds scary!!  I'm glad there was a good ending, though my heart goes out to you for this stressful situation - past, present & future.

Thanks everyone.  Out of hospital and moved to a temporary memory care room until a larger, permanent room (same building) is available in a week.  It'll be a process shifting his mindset that he can no longer come and go or cook and bake as he pleases ever again.

Definitely scary and sad to say the least.

ER doc asked him what he did that day.  Response in his weary dehydrated voice: “I found a dog!”  (SAR K9).   ;D
