Friend's hubby of 5 years dropped dead in front of her the other night (tying in Randimus' comment about waking up).  Helping my g/f with a few others keeping her upright in her shock followed by more shock of finding out how much debt he had.

As much as I struggle, it made me quietly feel normal and more prepared and set - if that makes sense. like I do actually have my shit together.


Get your affairs in order, folks.  

AND have a fantastic long holiday weekend!

(Brother and SIL in town for month.  Lots of playing and house projects getting done with his help.)  [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

Morning. Friends are here for the weekend then they go camping, then back with me for a couple of days!

Yesterday we met up with some other friends and went to a park to shoot off model rockets. It was my first time! Now I want a rocket set :)

Sorry to hear about your friend Stella. And I'm glad you have family in town to help you with house projects.
