I crashed my trials bike on Monday. I damaged my right AC joint. Lay people call it a separated shoulder...different than a dislocation. Google it.

Not exactly a happy camper. I see an ortho on Friday.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Oh f**k that hurts for a while; sorry and its takes way too long to heal not like a bone break its a joint they heal a lot slower; done the Acromio-clavicular joint that 3x playing hockey, then re-injuered 2x just doing stuff; unfortunately, constant searing pain that seems to catch you of guard once its starts to get better. Ibuprofen or t3s or stronger help but ya can get bunged up or worse, addicted to t3s... sleeping seemed a pregnant dog untill I figured out just laying flat on back and adjusting arm / shoulder / collar bone, so there was no pain. Just empathizing and reminicing . Hope you get well soon. Hope nothing else got injured ... hows your head?

and bike can be repaired, but what happened to the bike ...lol Crash analysis? im joking,

Hope you are able to get back in shape soon, Nate!

I've had a few let-offs and one resulted in a dislocated shoulder (initial X-rays were looking for broken bones).

I can see how yours is different.

I sleep on my left side, so I'm reasonably comfortable.
