I'm chasing a massive leak in the kids bathroom.

The one that was apparently known about, but not shared with the fixer of things.


It was discovered when the ceiling in Paula's bathroom came down.

I'm hoping the subfloor hasn't rotted out.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I got it all apart.

Doesn't seem to be any rot, but the wood is quite wet.

I'm letting it dry for now.

Not sure if I'm at the replace the toilet and be done with it stage, or redo the whole bathroom stage.

I do nice tiling and I have a killer wet saw, so there's that.

Bought a shiny new Kohler. Skirted, for easier cleaning.

Put it in the back of the wee Subaru and brought it home.

The tailgate will not open.  [bang]
