If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

A little better. I can walk, it's the sitting down and getting up that is hard. I'm doing my PT exercises. My steroid injection in L5/S1 is scheduled for the 30th. It finally got scheduled a month ago, I'd only been trying since October.
