Morning.

All is good here.

Boss is retiring in May and I found out Thursday that I was chosen as successor.   I'm still kinda in shock,  in a good way.  Salary negotiation process will start next week.  I need to find the backbone to stand up for what I'm worth and the added responsibilities of the position.

Congrats!  Is there a trade association that does a salary survey?  What about a workers comp rebate group?

I know the ASSP (American society of Safety Professionals) has one.  So does our workers comp rebate group. It covers hundreds of jobs.  DM me your email and job title, and I will send it to you on Monday.  It is for the Seattle area, but can be a guide.
