New job has me traveling nearly every week and nearly every week there's a dog sitter issue and work drama and I'm all deer in the headlights drinking from the fire hose.  No boredom here!   ;D ???

It's definitely a learning process with the induction cooktop.  I'm just grateful that I haven't set off the smoke detector yet.  The detector nearest the kitchen at my place in TX was super sensitive, it seemed like.

Good news!  The place in TX is under contract and scheduled to close on September 28.  I don't see any major issues that could impede that.
