Good morning all. I could tell when I first woke up this morning that my back issue was flaring up. It feels like it is just on the edge of seizing up. Days like this make me wish my dog was taller. Bending all the way down to get her leash on was painful. Then she refused to walk or go potty. This means we try all over again in a couple of hours.

L 3 - 4 have slight damage and L 5 and S 1 are bulging with impingement.

   , Ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer for breakfast.
