There are 28 residential units and two office/retail spaces.  The office has a bunch of STRs in the building that all tap into their business feed. A few of the residents have Starry Internet (as I do), which is reliable and fast enough. But Quantum is $30 less/month with another $20 taken off the cell bill...
...around is somewhat of a nebulous term. Good luck. We switched from cable to fiber when our local electrical coop made the decision to get into the internet business when many of their customers had no access to school for their kids during the Covid lockdown.

Faster, and cheaper, than the cable service we had.

I'm in the city. In a fast growing art district. Several new office and residential towers have gone in recently. On my street alone, four 300+ unit apartment buildings are under construction (within eight blocks). Many more buldings are planned/approved. Most are residential, a couple are hotels while office construction has slowed.

Not sure why my building isn't connected...
