Sitting and watching the sunrise over the Sandia mountains sipping a cup of coffee.

Got a meeting with my main contractor in about an hour.  I need to ask him how long he intends to run his business.  I'm hoping for another ten years, but we'll see.
Bike-less Portuguese immigrant enjoying life.
