When do you go pick up your new bike?

Well, dp's old 750ss is in my garage, all tucked away and warm for the winter.

It awaits the knife.

Looks like I am going luck out with weather and I will be doing my solo cross-country tomorrow.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Hi P.  Say hello to Dave for me.

Are you going to be able to sit still (enjoy) on your vacation?

Um, was caught doing a little bit of work already. :-[  However I never officially took today off, just Tues-Wed, so felt slightly obliged.

Hoping to resurrect Dave's childhood bicycle and go for some rides while I am here. ;D

Besides doing some groundwork for the house offer, the plan for the rest of the week is just to relax and enjoy the time off. [thumbsup]

Hope you are doing well?

Hope to do my check ride before Christmas.

[laugh] [laugh]  You have no obligation.  You, like TiNi, put in more than your fair share.

I'm well.  Doing what I do best, procrastinating.

Started back at the gym a few weeks ago, so I'm feeling good about that.  Thinking about setting a goal for a half marathon in the spring.  :-\  Need to work off the weight gained since the last marathon.   [bang]

Oooohhhh,  Helicopter!!!

I have always wanted to ride in one.

It is a lot of fun without going fast.

Just find some good drug addiction.  Much, much cheaper.

I think it is a Peugeot 12-speed.  Haven't seen it yet (it's at his brother's house).  Definitely will need new tubes at a minimum.

That should burn a few calories.  My brother's Peugeot (circa 1982+/-) is sitting in my parents basement.  Needs new tubes, tires & a good lube.  Given some thought to getting it out.   Must be a little over 30 lbs.

Tried, once again, to get my dad's mountain bike out of storage.  (83 or 84 Tom Ritchey)  Still no luck.
