Should be making an offer on a house this week.



Worry worry.

At least interest rates are good right now, but I'd wait another few weeks.

I am currently at 6.375% on a 30yr fixed rate.


I was at Chase the other day and they have 5.375%

I am just waiting until the Fed drops the rates, as reported, so I can hop on an even lower rate

Hiya.  I'm off to some holiday music thing in a bit.  10 bucks says I fall asleep!  Last time L's folks took to a Sousa concert I nodded off halfway through. 

I got up at 0400 for work.  Again in the morning. 

Good luck with the house offer MrI!  Any pain from the BMW?
