I moved out for graduate school.

It was a road trip with my Dad from Chicago to the bay area.  My parents wouldn't let me drive by myself.
My dad is not a great conversationalist.
He doesn't like to listen to music.
We were not allowed to go over the speed limit (55 nationwide at the time).
We didn't drive in the dark.


I shipped a couple of boxes by UPS, everything else fit in the car.

this one has 90k on the clock.

I have a friend who has an 02 which they bought new and they have 120k and not one issue aside from a set of tires and oil changes.

It's a beautiful Sunday Afternoon. starting my 3 days off, 1 1/2 days of work left, and then I fly... yippee...

Today, I was going to rent a scooter and putz around the neighborhood. But, it's almost $90 to rent a scooter for 8 hours. Not really worth it to me.

So, I think I'm going to hop on the bicycle and ride over to the park. SHould be fun. Can't think of anything else to do today. I wish I had my bike back. But, it's still in the shop and they haven't had a chance to look at her yet. They've got one that's been there since Nov that's ahead of mine. :\

So, I wait. I don't think I"ll get her back before I leave. I think I could if they id the prob quickly and have everything there need. But, they didn't even have a microswitch in stock when I needed one. I guess we'll see.
