bad cold, or something worse?

I suspect something worse.

This is no mortal cold.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Your liver will no longer be organic I suspect.

anyone know how to find a website that describes the numbers on the ICU monitors? I know what a couple of them mean but the nurses don't generally want to take time to explain them.

How was the sailing?

awesome.  1/2 hour straight above 15 knots.   Waves crashing over the bow.  spray everywhere.   Like the tail of the dragon of sailboating.

I have a lot of video, but it was shot from a waterproof camera up at the front of the boat facing forward.  Never hought I could make that speed and spray and excitement look boring but I managed it.   Will look for different camera spots and angles next time (like the side hulls going under water)

WebMD would be my best guess, or maybe ask.com.

I'm sure we've got at least one doctor or nurse in the crowd, tho.

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

Did a little browsing. Looks to me like the 4 main numbers you might see are:

Pulse rate
Systolic blood pressure (when the heart is beating)
Diastolic blood pressure (between heart beats)
Mean Arterial Pressure (overall average pressure for 1 heart beat cycle)

Some of the more upscale models appear to have some form of oxygenation measuring ability. If there's an SpO2 number, that's what it is.

Hope this helps, and someone please chime in if I'm wrong.
