My old man just came out of surgery to replace his right knee, he`s doing OK [thumbsup]

my great aunt had that done about two years before she passed away
she said she waited too long...

she walked with a limp for more than half of her life.

With regard to knee replacement surgery, my Dad had both done eventually (not same time) and it was amazing how well he did after that!

Glad to hear that BTB.  *ANY* surgery can have complications...

Unfortunately not, I have to go into our office today...just working while the dogs sleep in a bit.  I have to wake them up in a few minutes though.

Yesterday was nice, I went for a hooky bicycle ride midday. ;D

The west coast is awake!  Hey Stew, Paula, etc.  No rain here yet.  I am hoping to walk or bus to work today.  Why drive downtown and park when the class is just a mile from my house.  I do have to carry 6 ACTARS, AED trainers and the rest of it, but that should be doable.  Actar comes 6 to a back pack:

i'm "off" from work today, and working on building up my network, and getting back in touch with people.
also looking for full time and freelance work, doing laundry, and planning the wedding in between.

i'll try to schedule in something fun too.  :)
