Was gonna do a bike ride on the folder that was a half road, half off-road loop.  Unfortunately the trails ended up going through private property and were closed off so I had to backtrack instead, did a lot more climbing than intended.  66 miles, >9000' climbing.  I is a bit sore now.  That bike needs a better saddle.
