Anyone have suggestions of where to stay/see/eat (we like sea creatures) in Seattle? The FGF and I are planning a little weekend trip there.

Is that sea creatures to eat, to see, or to stay in?  You'll be able to find the first two but I don't know of any live aquatic hotels. ;)

Lots of great stuff to see.  I've stayed in a few hotels there for work, depends on your budget though.

And +1 on hitting up LMT.

I stayed at the W when I was there last year.  Nice place & fairly centrally located to a lot of stuff.

The downtown there has a lot of mass transit options, so getting around is fairly easy.

Thanks everybody.
I think Portland might be a different trip though.

Will definitely ask LMT which sea creatures she thinks we should stay in.  ;D

LMT = cold beer, super friendly hospitality, great rooftop deck and a IZ_ belly to rub!  (Owen's! Not LMT's!)   [cheeky]

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Stella and I also had a really good lunch (sea creature stuff) right on the water, but I can't recall the name.

I also ate at this place and it was delicious:  http://www.thebrooklyn.com/

If you like coffee, they have this place up there called Starbucks.  Really neat place.  Good  [coffee] there.

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.
