I got added responsiblity a couple weeks ago, but no pay raise.   :P

Idk-it depends on how desperately they need you.


It's worked for me.

We are in a wage freeze, furlows for office staff, no more 401K contribution from the RC, and we now all are paying more for our health care.  No raise sucks, but more hours is good.
