Playing with gas tanks today??

Days off are boring.....
He had an ST that the customer changed his own fuel filter, and started to do his own major service.

I adjusted the valves on the horiz cyl and we started to reassemble.

Put the tank on and put a small amount of gas in it. The bike ran , but didn't have enough fuel, and when we added some more...

it just poured out of the pump flange.

Needless to say the guy had taken a huge chunk out of the o-ring.

Did you check his rear brake?  The caliper is probably loose.

Did you check his rear brake?  The caliper is probably loose.
His footpeg bracket was falling off. waytogo

When I go back Wednesday we're gonna finish things up...

The guy is running an open airbox and cans with a stock chip so we may have to change that.

We also have to put a wrench on all the chassis fasteners. Wink
