Who knows?

I hurt my back in HS playing football.

I have several discs that look like sea urchins due to all the calcification.

I should probably go to the bone cruncher.

i've heard stories about people ending up in worse pain than before they went to see a bone cruncher...

I am lacking in motivation. I need to get psyched up for boxing fitness class.

Or I could stay home, have some  [wine], and watch a movie!

I've done the cruncher routine already.

It helped me.

You just have to find the right one.

I just don't know if he's still practicing, or even alive.

Just sayin'.  ;D

Hi Nate, yes finding the right guy is important.  So it's been awhile since you've seen a bone cruncher?  Things have changed a little.  (insert jokes here, i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rack_(torture_device) )

Chiropractors have helped me, in fact I wish my Saturday appointment was sooner, my neck is all messed up.
I feel like the RCA dog, I can't make it go straight. My head is cocked and looking slightly off to the right.  :P

The only other thing I have in common with the dog is the amount of hair/fur on my body.
That and the fact I can lick...never mind.
