I recall putting a bar with a big hook on the lift arms.

I used my tiller the other day and it wasn't there.

I should ask the operator.

He was sober...and on the tractor.

That sounds familiar...  but I don't recall the bar being there when he was backing into the pile to drag the boat back on top.  We raised the arms because they were digging into the pile, but no drawbar on 'em.
