I have to look up pwned every time I see it.  Would it be so hard for people to just say owned?

today is scam day.

i got a text. how they got my number i'm not sure, and i'm glad i have unlimited texts instead of paying for them like i used to, but tha'ts not the point...

i got a text from Credit Union National Association stating "your ATM card need verifyed."
i've gotten used to people in this area dropping the 'to be' from sentences, but that' still awful.

i was wondering if this credit union assoc exsisted, and it does. this is from their site
QuoteCUNA (Credit Union National Association), based in Washington, D.C., and Madison, Wisconsin, is the premier national trade association serving America's credit unions. The not-for-profit trade group is governed by volunteer directors who are elected by their credit union peers.

they arent' even a credit union. they are an association for credit unions. HAHAHA

Ok some pictures of the living room/dining room.

How the previous owners had it:

Then we ripped down the wood paneling and lived with plain drywall for a little while:

And here it is with the new red paint:

True, but the parquet floor does not, IMO, go very well with the vertical paneling, which in turn is a different shade than the ceiling. Then you get over to the breakfast counter, and it all goes downhill.

I think the red looks much better.
