I am working 2:30 to 11 PM today.  :(

I do get to sleep in tomorrow.  Work 1230 to 5 PM.

I only know what I read and hear through the media.  I can't imagine what you â€" and kids â€" experience on a daily basis.   :'(

as I sit down in the chair (ready to be stabbed), there is an accident outside. A woman in a PT cruiser makes an illegal uturn and a guy in a 63 bug slams into her. His head hitting the windshield caused it to pop out and land about 25 feet from the car.

So..... the entire staff at the blood bank now stares out the window and watches the entire thing unfold ( one nurse did call 911 and ran outside to help). Having somebody dig around inside your arm looking for a vein while they are watching a guy get cut out of his car..... ain't fun. They ended up digging into both arms before hitting paydirt.  

I'm gonna be bruised tonight.
