It's Theraflu time (PST).

I called my doc today.  I do not have H1N1!  Not enough symptoms for that, just a plain old virus.

The fever came back this morning and will not break.  Doc says it may take 5 or 6 days.  She did say I was doing everything right.  Lots of fluid, meds every two hours (Tylenol and Advil), and resting.  Now I just wait.

Being sick sucks and waiting sucks.

Finally relaxing in my hotel room.  It's huge (has a loft, 3 flat screen TVs, a kitchen, etc.) and within walking distance of Whole Foods.  Not too bad.

B will be sleeping with me tonight then I'll be sleeping by him for a few nights.  Might have to get the air mattress out â€" the sofa is good for naps and Sunday football but not for good REM sleep.
