Just finished brunch: cinny raisin french toast with  [bacon] and  [coffee].

Had a good run this am.  Guess I'm in better shape than I think.   :-\

The 10K on Turkey day is definately doable, may not be as fast as I would like, but I'll finish.

Have a fun ride later, Randi and FP.

well, I re-aggravated whatever it was that tweaked my hip that last time.

kept playing til another goalie could suit up and for some reason that made my lower back sore...

but, good news is that dude's gonna buy my forks! we're closer to surgery!  :)
