Presented a basic business 101 swot analysis today to a floundering group and then it digressed to the small audience (including the owner) analyzing the harsh, negative words that make up the acronym ("threat" and "weakness").    [roll]

Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats.  In this case it was the overview of this particular business.  Can also be done with a brand or product or carbon fiber or beer or.....

It was not taken objectively but personally which was not the intent nor how it was presented.  Double standards came out, contradictions, hypocrisy....But the people who got it, appreciated it. Unfortunately, they're not at the top.

Once a year we go through this exercise.   Doesn't  seem to do much, but it's lunch on the boss.  ;D
