It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Hey dp, bick, Tini, BTB, DD, Dan and any others who may wander in....

2009 has been very successful for me on many levels but it also has been very trying and LOTS of work.  I hope that all my hard work will begin paying off in 2010.

Anywho, the [coffee] is brewin' and I'm just wakin' up with an 85lb brown Pit/Lab mix named Sunny parked on my legs.  He's such a good dog most days...  [thumbsup]

Hey Nate!

How have things been (besides what I'm reading whenever I try to catch up here in TOSAT)?

Family is good.

Rafters are heavy.

That is all. [laugh]

Re-doing the roof before winter hits, eh?  That can't be fun...

I imagine your business will pick up shortly as people try to get things done 'before riding season', eh?

Me?  I'm glad I'll have a few days around Christmas to re-organize my stock-piles of old Duc spares, get caught up on a couple of customer projects, and re-organize my shop some more...

Nah...

helping a guy build a garage.

I'm hoping it does. Historically that's what's happened.

Otherwise I'll be working outside this winter.

Chimney is getting inspected some time today.

Some how the condo association is going to pay for the exterior inspection and repair (as that is their duty) but sounds like the dude is going to clean it, fix my flu, and find the air leak and just tack it on his contract bill.

Owned a Condo since Oct 2004.

recently replaced all the windows (all 3 of them) and both sliding doors.

Live on an end unit, so had 2 more windows installed, and waiting on a third from Lowe's.

Shitty economy = contractors dont have a lot of work = cheap labor  [thumbsup]

Also, can't go wrong with the 30% tax rebate from Uncle Sam if you get Argon E and some sunlight protection window.

Just having some backflow issues in my chimney and somehow got the condo association to pay the cleaning fee too.
From speaking with the guy fixing it, he said the design is shit and they all suck.

M'ning all.  I for one will be VERY glad when 2009 is over.  Probably been one of the worst years I have had so far...

LMT

Stop The Presses, Hold the Pixels!  LMT slept in till 0800.  NO film, as I have taken to wearing a lamb themed tea cozy on my head in the mornings.  It makes me smile  [cheeky]

No work till 4:00.  I have errands to run and need to clean house.

2009 has been OK.  2010 will hopefully be a year of change.

Sorry to say, bro, but 2009 is just a date, nothing magically changes when the clock strikes midnight on Dec 31.

I hope things turn around for you and do get better in 2010  [thumbsup]
