I was thinking of starting a competition to see who could hold off shopping the longest ;D

My dad always shopped on christmas eve and often recruted my sister and I to help out. 

He has gotten better with age.

I used to do that too.

You would be suprised that the mall is not that packed on Christmas eve  ;D

So....he still does it but now no longer needs help?

Nah, he's given up on xmas gifts all together.

When my mom wants something she just lets him know, and he goes and buys it. 

No holiday needed.
