I crack a mean whip [evil]  I have had students ask me if I was a cop or in the military.  Yes to military, but I was like I am way before that!  I am not really mean, I just set the expectations early and then we have fun.

Chicken rubbed and patted with butter?  Check
Stuffing made?  Check
Potatoes ready to boil?  Check
Sprouts and shallots ready for the pan? Check
Creamed corn (homemade) ready?  Check

Now it is  [wine] time!  Dinner soon.

Nope.

It's blowing in off the ocean; winds are headed in the wrong direction.

B and I picked up some nice whiskey tonight.   [thumbsup]

The distillery came highly recommended by Howie, make locally in the Hudson Valley.
