It's cold here in Colorado.  Snowing too.  Took me an hour and a half to drive home 16 miles.

Cold - Smold...  It's January!  [roll]  Could be worse...  At least we are not in Fargo.

Snowing all day and only have @ 1"

But I did see someone riding their bicycle in the business park as I was leaving.  That's either dedication, stupidity, or lack of a car and/or drivers license.

Crazy bike people!

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Ning.

Great news about Owen, LMT.

Could be a combination of all three, RM.

The group run was awesome!!  We had 35 people show up to run.  The largest group I've seen since I started at the store in March.  Hopefully, they will keep coming...

Bed time for me....worky time early.

I still take my old mtn bike out in the snow.  It's fun.

I wish we had snow!

Good news yes, but now we need to find out what it is.  Owen used to eat 2 cups of food a day, and now he eats 4 or 5 cups.  He still managed to loose over 3 pounds from his last vet visit.  If we stop the prednisone, his neck swells up to the point of not being able to breath.  I will talk with Dr. Lamb tomorrow.

I try.

As a reward for quitting smoking I get to take a higher dose of meds for my bp.

It does make me a little dizzy.

You'll be stir crazy by Sat morning. ;D
