Congrats Diva!  If we ever dry out here in Seattle, I will be running too.  2 weeks of rain, hard rain.  Another week of it to come.  It's all good though, we had a great summer.

My ER class starts again on Saturday!  It is my favorite one to teach.  Most of the students want to be EMTs.  Our class gives them 85% of the EMT Basic hands on skills.  When they get to EMT B school they are the best students.

I went looking at eyeglass frames today.  The guy suggested the Nike frames.  I said that they were dumb, who wanted the shoosh on their eye wear.  The Nike rep was sitting right there!  She offered a sharpie!

What did you end up with?  Both B and I wear ic! Berlin's.  Having no screws to loose is great.

Why do roaches always die on their back?

2 1/2 months before I go to sea, I see a friendship blossom into something more with an amazing girl who lives, literally, 1000 miles away. I spent too much money on my holiday travel, and now I have to wait until the middle of goddam February before I can get back north (That's right, north. In February. make the beast with two backsin' snow.) to see her.
