That's the way he sounds in any of his videos. I know he's not in too good of shape these days, could be that.

Long Island people sound kinda Jersey-ish.
He doesn't really fit in with the people he lives around. He really needs to live somewhere where the occasional explosion he causes won't be heard by the local law enforcement.
