I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

You're not making sense.

Who are you talking about?

Since when does Nate ever make sense?  ;D
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

You might have a point.  You do so rarely see healthy people getting out of them.

You OK?
I'm fine...and making perfect sense. Doctors and hospitals are bad for your health...sorry Shiv...nothing personal. ;D

I think I mentioned in here that my reward for quitting smoking was an increase in my bp meds.

Today one of the side effects came in to play...fainting.

I've been working for a couple weeks straight without a day off.

My sleep has been interrupted, and I've been tired.

I came into the house to talk to T and was saying how

"as soon as I was done with this job all I wanted was a day off because I was really..."

and passed out...never got the word tired out.

I guess I was pretty gray and she wasn't sure what was happening.

When I woke up she was on the phone with 911.

The emts came and took my blood pressure and wanted to cart me off...not because there was anything wrong with my blood pressure...

it's just what they do...cart people off to the hospital.

I signed the refusal and they went away.

Glad to hear your okay.   [thumbsup]

Fainting while on bp meds is not something to be taken lightly though.

It could have easily have happend while driving.

Give your doc a call.  Sounds like your meds are doing to good of a job of keep your bp low.

Well if my pressure wasn't 130/70 when they checked it I'd agree.

And I don't think that would be the case. The fainting happens when you go from a sitting or prone position to standing which is what happened just before I walked in the house.

It's a known side effect of the med. Looks like with the increased dose that particular side effect reared its head.

I'll talk to the doc about substituting something else.

Later Bick.

Sounds like you have it under control.

Just concerned for your well being.
