Ning.     and called in sick today!  Not sick, and this is the first time in almost 3 years I have done that.  I have only called in once before and was really sick.

We have a house guest and we don't want her to stay with devil walker dog all day

We got a script for her yesterday and it made her manic

Hey, y'all. Half a day of work today, then a mountain bike ride where I get to pretend it's the altitude & not my general lack of training that explains all the suckitude. Still can go downhill pretty good though -- must be the thinner air offers less resistance. 

Tomorrow is an all-day Red Cross CPR & First Aid course -- wish me luck, LMT!
