and how much would it cost to print and ship it?
if you can come in at under $300 usd for a 4 color print then we might be discussing it further. lol.
this painting shit sucks and takes up way too much time.
i don't have a large enough area to lay it out and work on it flat so i have to paint, let it dry, fold it over and work on a new section.

if we get the lettering done in time it might go out on the lawn for touch-up. I'll get a pic with something for ref next to it before we take it to the stadium

Speaking of civilized, the whole town just came to a stand still.  A moose is hanging out in the retention pond of the local grocery store.  He's been there for hours.

If he goes into the store to get some carrots, I may have to stop what I'm doing to go see it.

i wouldn't dream of being able to afford it to be done that quickly, nor would i expect anyone to have somethign thsi sdize done in 2 days, esp if they are in another country (always allow 2 weeks for customs clearing of international shipments). that's why i'm rushing home to finish painting it tonight.
we would be giving at least 3 weeks notice. we actually started planning for the painting party for this one a month ago. it's jsut that we couldn't get a space big enough to get the design sketched out properly until last weekend. (and that parking lot will never be the same)

i have no idea. we always paint them because we never thought of having things printed.

yeah, that's the other problem. one offs like what we do can be pretty pricey with set-up fees and such. these are def not designed for mass production.

we'll get it kocked out pretty quick i think.
the 2 of us did the bulk of the work last night in 3 hrs and that's with having to stop and wait for the paint to dry every now and then. with what we have left we should be able to finish it off in 2 hrs with all the touchup we need to do. after that it can dry and we can hand it off to the banner carrier.
