Yes, Grover is the one that broke both wrists and had them fused together.

After some xrays, looks like he has arthritis in his shoulders which is treatable. The other possibility from his symptoms was a bone tumor so I am very relieved to hear that.

Good news P.  Hugs and a blanket to Grover from us.

not sure of what total tonnage there is.
These added ones are all already existing ones that were standalone. The ones that were DX are being converted to chilled water and the big ones are being totally replaced by new.
I know the chilled water plant has a total capacity of about 4300 tons or so plus there's still tons of DX units scattered about and probably a hundred or more window shakers.
so they're just spending money...

will there be an energy savings?

Not a lot they could do today to make Lockout/Tagout interesting.  Except for some funny or scary videos, the day was Boring.

It is good networking for when I start job hunting in December.

yup, that's actually the whole point. DX to chilled water saves money and putting lots of VFDs in.

I was sitting and talking with a guy while he built up a neanderthal head laying down muscle on a reproduction skull and putting eyes in while the real one sat next to me on a desk. Most of the stuff on display isn't real, the real stuff is stored away. There's a room called the bug room where they put stuff in bins when they need the bones picked clean on recently dead stuff. Also, I see all these people that are always talking whenever you turn on the discovery channel.

The 32 ton one has 6 steel posts that go down through the floor below and then down into the ground
