breakfast at one of those 400$ a night hotels for one person will run you about 25$.

I watched my wife consume this a few months ago while I sipped on my 5$ cup of coffee.

At least it was illy.

So I just walked across our lobby (building floor plan is like an X with a lobby in the middle) and heard one of the heaviest smokers here say:

"Oh yeah, I only smoke at work, I don't smoke afterwards"


bullllllshiiiiitttttt!

This lady is sucking down cigarettes when she gets here at 730a and when she leaves at 4:30p.

I love the way smokers rationalize it


"I only smoke when I drink"


I am a smoker........I just don't smoke at work. It's funny being out socially and I light a smoke up at a bar and people are like "you smoke?"


I probably should just quit.

i got approved for a loan. looking at a car tomorrow. it fits all my criteria but the color. and the best part is it hasn't been riced out.

jut gotta see if it's in as good of shape as i'm being told.
have a buddy coming out to test it for me. the only thing it needs is rear brakes from what i'm told
that should br good for taking $300 more off  ;D

Worn out, started the day very early in the morning for a meeting in Sao Paolo, went to our office, then went to the airport.  We were supposed to have a direct flight to Foz do Iguacu, got to the airport 1.5 hours before the flight (domestic), and they had already given away our seats as the flight was overbooked.  WTF! >:(

So we were re-routed on a later flight to Rio de Janeiro, then a much-delayed flight to FdI from there.  Finally at 9:00 I am in my hotel room eating my (cold) dinner.  One of my co-workers got me some hot water so I can have some herbal tea for the first time this trip.

I have been stuck in cars, airports, airplanes, and uncomfortable chairs for 4 of the last 4 days.  haven't had any free time to exercise or go for a long walk.  My back hurts. :P

At least I don't have to fly tomorrow or Wednesday!
