Morning.  We had record breaking heat in Seattle yesterday.  91, and should even be better today.

How many of the 100,000 at the parade will need an ambulance?  Some start drinking at 0800 and never stop all day.  With the heat it will be a bad choice.  Me, Water and Coffee!   

Heat will just mean more clothing has to come off and thereby piss off further anyone would already is pissed about the nature of the parade to begin with.

our drive was easy...
we were home by 10:20 am, took the bikes out for a ride.

The flight back was fine, we had the exit row so lots of space.  No Grover and Watson yet but I'm sure they will be thrilled to see us.

lazy/tired/etc. today... still unsure about the whole work thing. seems the entire bay area is on mastercam for CNC work, which I am not trained in. so that's a bummer.

if mastercam is anything like the UGS stuff we use, the training is contracted through the developer as part of the sale to a shop.

unless I can find a school or something, but I know that won't be in HI...

the likely option for me would be to start over... ground-up as a machine hand someplace, not making a whole lot of money...

Why is it only that ugly people seem to walk around naked at the parade?  Totally unPC of me I know, but if there are naked or half nakkid folks, I want to see good looking ones! 

One Monster in the motorcade leading the days festivities.  Maybe I'll ride next year.  If so, I will wear my full leather suit as an example of ATGATT. 

The mayor of Seattle came over and shook my hand.  I have a thing where I try to make direct eye contact with all the dignitaries in cars or walking.  2 other elected officials came over to shake hand too.
