I found a power commander on eBay for $150 :D

Sounds like a nice piece of land, ML.

You should salvage what you can from the house and barn to use in the new place.

And unless there are trees and grass growing in them....they might still be able to be saved.

The Deal King will find some massive electro-magnet that will pull the nails, find that they are all cut nails and  he'll sell them for a buck a piece, thereby paying for the magnet.

That's pretty magnanimous of you.

It makes more sense, to me anyway, to have a salvage company come in and dismantle the structures if they're post and beam and use the money to buy new materials.

We thought if doing that until I saw the inside of the house. There's nothing there that I think I'd bother with.

Listing says hardwood. It's actually pine :P

we might use the sinks or something like that but not much else was worth it IMO.

I did like the lightning rods on the barn...
