Everyone seems a little punchy tonight.  I think I'll head out for a few beers after kiddos are in bed.  My "mug club" mug has dust on it.

I went last week. My bp was 130/80 hr at 60...I've always been a little slow. ;D

Tonight I went and my bp was 180/100 with a hr of 48.

When it goes below 40 I fall down.

I had no issues controlling my bp when I smoked.

I think that's the answer.

The ads in the 50s were right.
