Check out the Canon SD780is.  Best Micro camera Ive owned.

That's a nice looking camera.

I am leaning towards the Olympus Stylus Tough 6030. It is a 14.1mp and is waterproof to like 15ft AND shock/drop proof from 10ft.

I am the one that tends to carry the point and click camera as the wife carries her coveted D60 and all sorts of other shit (lenses, filters, etc). I am also the one that drops shit all the time or gets it wet.

So the Olympus seems to be winning right now.

Oh yeah, have a great trip Jud!  Be sure to do something worthy of the 'best story' thread... ;)

The wife and I are going to "try" to relax, so that with that being said, I am sure at one point we'll be trying to get a cab at 330a in god knows where Costa Rica trying to get back to a resort we can't communicate to the driver.

also throw in Ziplining (got the GoPro ready for video), horseback riding up to an active volcano, capped with a skybridge tour, and me taking a surf leason.........I think that offers the most promise.

oh yeah.....and the fact it is all inclusive resort = to much booz

NIng.  Need some  [coffee] and then I can tackle a big pia.  My Jeep would not start yesterday.  Lights and dash are up, but won't turn over.  Made a non-clicking clicking noise.  I will start with checking the battery charge and move from there.

Over 100,000 miles and this is the first problem.

I'm tipping the battery is deceased.  How old?

Starter could also be toast, or the starter solenoid.

Simplest thing first, always. Hardest lesson I ever learned.

Good luck, Ms. Mary!

Cool - Jeep talk!   My '99 just rolled over 270k last weekend with the original engine.  Body and interior are in great shape (like its owner).  ha!    In to get the wheel bearings checked this weekend though.

The keys to Bick's fun little machine are at DDGM's.  They're both away.  Should I......?     [evil]

Thanks guys.  I will report later on what I find.  After battery, starter was next on the list.

That is a rhetorical question, right?

Good luck Mary

I now own a tractor  :D

I expect many future tales of tractor-fueled debauchery.

Pics?

EDIT: Wait a second! I thought it was gonna be a Massey-Ferguson, or old school Ford. Tricksey little hobbitses.

Howdy folks!

Just got back from picking up garbage in the rain.  Then sun.  Then rain again.  Good news is I ruined a nice pair of shorts in the HI mud.  Nothing like thinking ahead and wearing something other than garbage to pick garbage.
