i tried something diff for lunch.

apparently one of the diff indian dishes i had is fighting back.
it's not the spice. it's something else. i feel nauseous and dizzy right now.

make the beast with two backs you indian food.

Did you have a dessert or lot of sugar with lunch?  If so, google "Dumping Syndrome".  My wife had it last Thursday after a Key Lime Pie Martini and a chocolate mousse for dessert.  Fainted in the restaurant.  That sucked.

no i didn't, but that's the reason i don't eat a lot of sugar anymore. ijust feel icky for about 3 hrs afterwards.


speaking of 3 hrs afterwards...i'm still belching up the spices. it's kinda gross.

LMT

I go back to work tomorrow.  Meeting at 1 in the afternoon and then teach till 11 PM.  Then add the time to get home from 35 miles away.  It's gonna be a long first day back.
