Just finished reading a movie -  The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Interesting...  Disturbing...

I just finished the series...very disturbing but definitely intereesting. I just saw a  photo yesterday of the woman they have selected to play Lisbeth in the movie.

Morning.   [coffee]

Quick hello and good day.

Work at the store all day today...hope to finish painting the living room before I run out of sunlight tonight.

I'm riding to work.   [moto]

Funny thing happens when you wire a 24VDC pressure transmitter to 115VAC, it tends to blow-up.  Huh...odd, I can't get any readings off this unit!!!  [roll] (note: i did not blow up said units, just cleaning up the aftermath)

New units are ordered and one will arrive today, one tomorrow.  Kinda cool, I now have stuff to do here in Oakland CA instead of standing around in a hard hat looking official...  Guess I'm happy about this...  Maybe?

Oh and a Hearty 'Wooooo-WOOOO' style Ning from Oakland!  :D

Noomi  [thumbsup]

I had never heard of the books or the movies

ran across it about a month ago on a late night wandering through Netflix

thought it was going to be anime based on the "cover"

freakin LOVED it

I wish american movies were that gritty

Oh yeah!

Need to get The Girl Who Played with Fire now.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Why does Hollywood feel the need to remake movies? The Girl movies are tense, well acted, and have beautiful scenery.  The HW versions will probably suck.

I got a PIF this morning.  $ from paypal.  Sending out a big "Thanks".

Sun again today, then our high is said to be in the 60's and rain.

More than likely the HW versions will be sanitized for American audiences. Haven't had a chance to watch the original yet-the books themselves are searing enough with my overactive imagination.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes, feeling slightly better today.

Hey painter

it's only 76 here. Snow must be on the way up your way.
