today was decent except for my wrist hurting for some unknown reason.
Really the only day I dreaded this week was Wednesday but I made it through it

In an ergonomics class I learned that for wrist pain it can help to stretch out the shoulders. It can release pressure on a bundle of nerves that run from under the shoulder to the wrist.

no clue, I move around a lot when I sleep. Maybe I laid on it and bent it funny.

tired, water main broke, had to order food ... delivery with least waiting time was kfc ... was only able to eat 2 pieces and 2 cole slaw salads ... too oily ...
