whatever my place is made of might be better than pressure treated, I found a mummified termite colony in a wall one time, looks like they died of starvation when their teeth broke

dude, it's being raining here for a month in a row ... we have had tow damms overflow over the top and two whole villages are gone ... a landslide burried a house with the family inside, 9 dead.... water treatment plant is working 30% capacity due to very muddy waters ... still raining for at least 15 more days ... i'm lucky, i just arrived from guatemala where temps were 8°C~18°C  and no rain ... things down here in panama are thought at this time ... no joking ...
i can give you my 22°C ... but please, take some of the rain too ... [dmfrs can split] ..

i'm in panama ... i just came back from guatemala ... no good for party ... no alcohol sold after 0100h ... and everything closes down ...
